Text Box: Max Meadows Elementary School proudly announces that we have earned the 2012 Competence to Excellence Award from the Governor & the Board of Education for High Performing Virginia schools. Max Meadows Elementary School was one of 171 schools that met all state and federal benchmarks for at least two consecutive years and made progress toward the goals of the governor and the board.
